There is no way for HAZ to "knock out FeW within the next month" since they have no furnace power, no inner liner, and the engineers leave for a break home in China. Also they didn't even make a decision WHEN to purchase the liner. They are still in discussions with their JV partner re financing and timing. That's what I was talking about when I said the recent announcements were foreshadowing further delays and disappointments.
