no real strategy to me....other than bank in a box...but i suspect coy does not seem to have enough experience or financial backing for a bank to risk their business by moving over to their system. business model looked good a couple of years ago but they have failed to execute with any decent sales, which would just intensify the level of risk for prospects. so they are stuck with a shrinking business model of providing commodity type systems such as internet/mobile banking and IVR to credit unions which are in a constant state of consolidation. investments in other coy's have also been duds. only option i see is to be taken over by one of the big banks as an R&D shop....or become a miner. is a buy by one broker but only due to cash backing. management need to be given the flick to get some life back into it.
