Be prepared to have a big drink tomorrow night, either to celebrate the big fat cheque you will be receiving, or to drown your sorrows should they decide not to give us the cash.
My bet is a cheque for $1.4-1.50, with the balance of funds being retained whilst they defend Tyco's claims on the Signature Security sale and investigate the purchase of the balance of Baycorp / or sale of their 50% interest. I'd be happy with that.
If they did pay say $1.40, it will be interesting at what price it trades post payment, when the their stated NTA will be $1.25 per share - 90-95 cents if we are lucky?
Now I must go focus on where I can reinvest for maximum value, any ideas?
