Hi Capitain,

The below point is spot on:

"This Board and management should be dismissed immediately.."

After the US sale settled, a div policy should have been implemented immediately. No ifs and buts. Gearing was low enough to follow through with such a policy.

We have a great company, great assets, low to moderate gearing, high quality tenants and a great bunch of shareholders on here :-)

It may seem like David v Goliath but together we can win.
