A few here have suggested that BOW may still go it alone.
I don't think that has ever been a part of their plans.
I would say from the start the plan has been to be an attractive takeover target, maybe this offer is a bit earlier than they would have liked.
Not sure whether they would ever be a profitable business it they stood alone.
I agree $1.48 is too low.
