re: Ann: Merger of Equals of Adamus Resources... 10 - I'm a wee bit dubious on first pass here too...

the "merger of equals" tagline immediately sets alarm bells ringing for me because there is no way these two companies are "equals" (let alone any two companies) - surely they could only be "equals" if they had the same assets with the same projections, risks, costs etc etc? Therefore it must mean that one set of shareholders is being dudded by being paired with a weaker company?

the other thing that annoys me with these "merger of equals" deals, is the months of uncertainty it introduces to the equation...

that said, the market reaction today seems to suggest it is a good deal for ADU (maybe we are the weaker company?), so until I understand the deal more, I won't complain too much...
