The other consideration is that these are current prices. All of the sources I was looking at indicated that coal demand and prices are going to rise over the next few years by more than supply and expenses.
It will be interesting to see what else they come up with. They did say they are actively looking for other projects on Mongolia.

Do you have any links to articles about that $88 thermal coal price shizhen? Not that I don't believe you but am interested in following it up more.
