the message is that these farmers need to be paid some monies for the interuptions to their farming life,payments for access would be a normal cost of doing business to these companies and the farmers have a steady form of income, at this point of time the farmers may not be recieving any payments at all and that could be a reason behind this movement,i may be wrong to assume this but time will only tell.
