I tend to be wary of stocks that have to do a conversion, as they either did too many cap raisings, had poor management or some other things not going in their favour.

Happy to be proven wrong in this case.

Tend to think ADE have the advantage.

6, I agree a good time to offload a few before market plays it down again. BPT and Lang Walker now block any takeover moves, but we are now at BPT mercy to how they want to play us. Would not be surprised to see a 40 cent takeover before options granted to BPT expire.
