Noellyn. Fox Davis have never nailed a price target as far as EXS goes, so I wouldn't hold out hope that they will nail it this time.
Still waiting for the so called insto's to start buying and push the price up. Are you, kitstar and JPMG still hopeful that this will happen leading up to the ex-div Date?
