I assume the whole business is nothing more than a liability dodging exercise - the principals got some dough out of a bunch of suckers (I admit it - I'm one) with the first subscription 3 or so years ago, and now they're just going through the motions. Timing is fabulous - more market volatility to blame.
But hey, they might even get a few more suckers: what a bonus!
I earnestly suggest anyone thinking of taking any notice of this (he turns to barf) "offer" research the matter carefully.
