Ok, back at my desk and after watching todays drop and recover, my thoughts now turn back to KSX.

Firstly I thought I should expand on Eyeknow's comment around management not focused on revenue/sales.

We had fairly indepth discussions about sales (and the lack of). I think it is fair to say Eyeknow is talking about SHORT term sales of DEVICES.

After talking to Ross and Michael, it became obvious fairly quickly that KSX is not interested in flogging one or two devices to the Mum and Dad on the street. Their plans are much much bigger.

They repeated talked about using existing large players to push product through THEIR channels and not KSX sales channels.

To expand on this a little further, we discussed the Omron deal in as much details as I could get out of them. Basically, you need to understand the process. Omron and KSX are looking to push this product out through a network of 30,000 practices (sales channels are different in Japan). To do so, there is A LOT of work OMRON/KSX have to do on on the marketing/compliance/branding/manufacturing etc.

Sure, KSX could employ a few sales reps and run around the country, but why? For a handful of sales? And balls it up in the process?

You have to take off your small thinking cap off, and think world domination. Trust me, it is all good. This deal and the process involved HAS NOT been well explained to the market so far. Be patient. I'm sure you will feel better going forward.

To further expand on revenue, it was noted that in 2010 the company mentioned $2.5m revenue for Calender 2011. This is still on track, and after you do the math, you will note that there is substancial ramp up in the later part of this year.

It sounds like there a few exciting things happening on the revenue front, and the cards were being kept very close to their chest.

One needs to understand the play unfolding here.... just sit back and wait, I'm sure we will be rewarded.
