We dont neet the dilution now. It will devastate the Company.
Dilution and at 1 to 2 cents what happens when we need to raise more capital-it will be ridiculous. This deal stincks and should be avoided at all cost.

Not condoning the present management but an amateur could come up with a better proposition to sherholders.

As i said before if the company had done nothing to this date the share price would be at least 10c / share without the dilution.
Giving away our best asset? was the worst decision.

Its become just another penny dreadful -sadly to say.
