I think LCE will have a problem once they are given non public information about PSH. If the information is material they would be unable to trade their stock as insiders.
I have no doubt that this company is going down. Like the Titanic its just a matter of time and who gets off beforehand. Looks like the banks are going down with the ship.
The staff and directors have done a good job keeping it afloat until now.
The Carbon Tax, if it comes may be the final straw. At least the employees and their unions will be able to proudly say they sacrificed their jobs for the cause.
