Closest to the price on 15th Decmember 2013. (gives time for the prizes to be sent out)
Can be higher or lower the closest measured in cents
Ctindale will send a box of six of some his nicest Shiraz (dont worry I wont even notice it missing)
You have to name the price with a short explanation
