I bought some SRK on my margin loan account about 6 months ago - no probs. Only last week they took it off which is when I called to enquire why and they stated what I initially posted.

I am confused and am tending to belive that the guy I spoke with a CommSec has got it wrong but he was very detailed and specific. I have asked for a written explanation but will be surprised if I get the same response.

Maybe he just wanted to get me off the phone. I was not being the most easygoing customer.

It did not make much sense to me that they had SRK at 40% LVR during the GFC - and now that it is trading below their cash position, and that things seems to be on the move again that they now take it away - from an existing low LVR.
