Still plenty of buying going on above 32c despite todays announcement. At least shareholders have some opportunity to sell above the capital raising price if they want to.
Its a tough time to try and raise $161 million, let alone $15,000 from shareholders. So much uncertainty around. I hope this doesnt mean the whole Hebei deal has fallen through.
