I think it would be fair to bet that there is more than Conglin interested in this. Just for the moment however Hillam and the Courts have their foot onh the throat of CAP. That is just a plain and simple unavoidable fact. Noone else can move until teh BMG issue is resolved.

P.S. my previous post was not a reply to criticism of the presentation. I don't think there is a lot they can say about Hawson's but there is sure is much about CAP's other interests that is worth talking about.
