You guys may well be right-this level represents a absolute bargain to buy at.However,it is the buyer's perceptions which affect the SP.Firstly, the long downward trend creates too much doubt:they,of course, factor in the set-up costs, but the SP performance is unusually bad for a micro-cap:most would suspect unseen structural problems in the organization.Secondly, there are some very astute prospective buyers who realize that the SP will trend down further:why enter at 0.09 when 0.05 seems highly probable? With an imminent listing, why wouldn't someone have jumped in at these levels? Obviously,no one is prepared to bet against the downward trend, especially with the certainly of further dilution-not with this company anyway. It is interesting that, after KSX achieved some decent media exposure, the SP started to make its steady descent-hype and a falling SP can be a bad combination.Especially, when people see sophisticated investors, those supposedly confident backers of the enterprise, cash out for, sometimes, negligible profits!
Cheers to all.
