gse in the doldrums again

After a brief flurry of interest GSE is becalmed again - can anyone who reads these posts translate for me the dollar implications of the recent borehole tests and at what point the extent of the surveyed resource would justify the risk of commencing mining operations - in short when does this stock cross the divide between speculation and investment - because at the current price levels the stock is still on the low side of spec I would say.
Any responses to these questions with reference to parallel experiences in other mining ventures would be greatly appreciated and I believe help to stimulate this moribund market, a situation which is not helped by the highly technical and obscure nature of GSE and their consultant reports/announcements. They need to remember that most stockholders do not possess a degree in geology or economics.
