reissue of mdxo's.

I asked "Chris" at Mindax, when i phoned requesting a shortfall application form (don't know that I'll use it), whether there was any chance of the company showing investors some loyalty by issuing options on favourable terms to the holders of MDXO's upon their expiration.
My thinking is, like some other companies who reward the loyalty of their investors, that while the GFC may have unavoidably smashed values of ordinary shares and the company has no control over that, the company does have the power to mitigate the hurt suffered on the options.
I pointed-out that the GFC effectively killed MDXO's and that they would simply expire worthless. He suggested I sell them on the ASX (!?).
I told him that I couldn't get 0.1c, they were not sellable.
My understanding is that he said to me that I shouldn't discount the possibility of an options issue favourable to MDXO holders.
Make of it what you will - I'm hoping because I'm holding.
