They only have to come up with cash if they are in the money but if things progress as planned with Buena Vista, im sure they would be expecting them to be in the money and im sure they would be granting themselves the options with the intention of converting them next year.
IMO, RHM will be doing very well if they manage to confirm and secure the full funding for Buena Vista as planned, lots of bad press about pending debt issues all over the world at the moment.
