Hard to judge on a down day with no trades and such a large gap. Rights now bid 0.2c but no sellers want to offload any at anything less than 5c yet. You'd need to sell 10k of rights at 0.2c just to cover $20 brokerage so any shareholder with less than 100k shares (-> 20k rights) will just wait and see.
