I think srk will move to 100%.
D&C are racking up huge debts as a function of srk funding exploration $11m is owed to srk already and unless they do something
they would be left with a tiny proportion of the company or be forced to come up with a lot of cash to maintain their 44% stake better to take 18.8% now.
I think it's a fair deal, will make development less risky. They wouldn't agree to discuss it if they weren't considering it.
