Your view is that of a fossilized long term investor. Mine is of a short term investor. If there was not a short term opportunity here, I would not have started this thread.
I have already posted maps of the area. It is more benign than other regional areas. It is a plateau. Sure, there may be rainforests and small rivers there but it looks more benign than other terrains. An important factor is it looks relativley flat, with some more elevated terrain at the base of that escarpment
