re: Ann: Issue of New Shares Under General Ma... It's not a joke if you happened to be a BRM shareholder. It's been suggested that this company has gained controlled of BRM by warehousing stock before a takeover offer was made which would mean they broke FIRB and ASIC T/O rules.
