All I can say is that GUF are useless IMO.
They cannot get anything out on time.
Nice to see they released that update well after the targetted time of 30 days and slipped it into one of their own Mongolia announcements.
Whats CAP meant to do here? Really they should be coming out and saying that the target is delayed. I would consider that price sensitive. But lets hope they dont
