    Yes you are quite correct, there was a further Announcement on the Nasdaq-OTC QX listing, which I seem to have missed,issued on 31 March 2011

    I have therefore not Emailed the company as it states that it is expected to be completed by July 2011

    So we should expect a further announcement sometime soon with either a date for listing or any further news
