Grandbridge Securities Pty Ltd has agreed to underwrite the Offer on a best endeavours basis
I take this means Grandbridge Securities has absolutely no capacity whatsoever to underwrite anything: it's presence is to delude any would-be shareholders that post-IPO, Cortical will be a functional entity.
Cortical has $8,000 left in the kitty: that's basically the amount I personally forked out 4 years ago (or whenever : I forget precisely). Nice to see my money's still there. I wonder where everybody else's went? :-)
Sentiment: avoid. Avoid BPH, Cortical, MEC Resources, Grandbridge. Avoid. Run. Don't look back.
Discl: Holding only Cortical subscription. Otherwise not holding any BPH or related.
