I didn't realise they had been holding for so long, ever since pre-IPO and I imagine were a bit impatient to sell before EOFY after their release.
Now I understand why my other holding's (another stock) share price was hovering just under a certain issue price (for that tranche) just before and after escrow release for some time before going back up!
