Also just because a company has acquired a project does not always mean good things for the SP (at least in the short term).

Again if you had read my posts you would see that my main concern is that the affects of the CR could outweigh the benefits of the acquisition. However I also went on to state that if the resources are as large as some speculate then the CR wont matter because ROS will be re-rated.

There are also many challenges any company would face including political risk, spreading management too thin, project specific risk, etc, etc and these should all be discussed and considering (IMO). No company exists where there are no risks to consider.

Finally I have stated that I will wait for the announcement confirming the resources before deciding whether or not they are "massive" projects. (Good - Yes, Massive - Wait and see IMO)
