Greetings BODites:
I would be interested to hear opinion on valuation of the enlarged BOD entity now the Allied (reverse) takoever is complete.
A word of caution to those new to the stock: some stock info sources may persist for a while yet in publishing out-of-date capital stats for BioMD: ComSec for example still displays BOD as having a market cap of $9 Mil (129,000,000 shares oustanding).
The updated Appendix 3B from last week correctly lists 564,000,000 shares on issue - there are also 84,000,000 BODOA oppies @ $0.04 (Dec 2011) to be factored in.
On the plus side, post-Allied the dilution from BODOA oppies conversion is much less proportionally now that it would have been without the Allied share-issue.
Current fully-diluted market cap therefore over $40 mil by my reckoning.
What do we think Allied/BOD is worth?
