They might be props but I don't think so.
Not everyone will get an allocation in the capraising or if they do it may be less than they want.
Also we have no idea until after the EGM which (if any) instos are joining the TRH register as per the cap raising ANN.
I do not think we will see an off loading as the new shares come into circulation.
You must bear in mind that there will be a second issue after the EGM at 56c .... if TRH allows the price to fall to say 50c then no one will take it up.
I would hazard a guess that the management and the broker have been very careful about who they sell this first tranche to and that we will probably see no post CR selling tomorrow.
