The PEL sp is now back to where it was when I posted about 12 months ago. Stated at the time that the only thing that PEL will ever mine is the shareholders pockets.
Hope that new entrants got out without too much loss. I have little doubt that this was 'played' for the benefit of a few.
Can't see any reason to participate on such an unlevel playing field.
