I don't mean this to sound rude metalloz, but have you looked at the changes in the holdings.

Most haven't changed, but the new shares issued due to the placing have caused the shareholdings to reduce on a % basis. That is the reason for the notification.

There have been a few changes:

Tenalga have sold 636k shares or 8.2% of their holding
CQS sold 250k shares or 1.8% of their holding
Denis Rakich increased his holding by 200k or 2.6%.

Overall, the shareholders that have notified the markets owned 57% of the company before the placing, in totality they have sold 686k shares or 1.3% of their holding. Not a great deal and nothing to be worried about.

AUC now have JP Morgan as a major shareholder, and I assume we should be having a few more announcements, as AUC placed 18.5m new shares of which we know JP Morgan picked up 5.8m so this still leaves 12.7m that are unaccounted for at the moment.

This statement from Benjamin Bell says a lot about who they were
"The fundraising was strongly supported by major offshore institutions. We welcome the new shareholders onto our
register and look forward to reporting additional positive results in the not too distant future"

He mentions NEW shareholders so my guess is we haven't heard from all the companies who bought shares, unless there were several that bought small numbers of shares which I guess is possible.
