Someone big dumped yesterday obviously had enough or selling for tax reasons.

I find it completley sneaky how Zeta and Key have produced this takeover now, right before end of fiscal year perfect timing to shake the tree and get old long loyal holders to jump ship.

With regards to this Zeta deal I hope you know that zeta are trying to make their offer attractive by doing the deal at 4c but if you really look at it we are getting diluted 4.5 times to 1.

Meaning Zeta's sneaky deal is really buying key at 1c.

We are buying Zeta for $30 million at 4c, joke on what due diligence shows Zeta worth $30mill?

973million new shares at 4c key share price but really for Zeta they are getting our assets a 1c after dilution so more benefit to the fat cat greasy agents and more attractive to Zeta shareholders which will be 50%owned by UK GML limited which is linked to Zeta CEO so smelly this deal.
