The SAG Mill arrived at the mine two days ago without hitch. Local roads and weather held up.
This part of Indonesia has had low rainfall over the past 3 months which benefits the mills & processing plant.
We can all now sit back and await the confirmation of installation and the upgrade of throughput which should be included in the June Qtr report late July.
The SAG mill will give the plant excess milling capacity which bodes well for future ore mining nearby.
It also means that one of the existing ball mills can be put on standby and both ball mills can alternate routine
servicing without disrupting optimum throughput.
The installation of the SAG Mill and consequent lift in throughput should confirm KRM's status as the "Mini Madusa"!
