Isn't it obvious? The guy was severly over worked what with running around Australia + Asia for the last 2 years doing all those broker presentations, securing corner stone investors, raising capital, getting the story "out there"....all that

He was obviously run off his feet such was the hectic scheduling demanded by the very industrious board of AQR.

You have to acknowledge, he deserves every cent of his salary because, like the rest of the management team, they have worked their butts off for 2 years now maximising shareholder returns.
