If you look at the last two high level appointments one has to wonder that if things are so bad in this company why are established executives joining the company.

Allan King's previous position of Operations Manager for Resolute Mining was well established and successful.

Matthew Sheldrick, the newly appointed Non-Executive Director has spent a decade in the securities industry being involved with Australian resource equities. He has founded a number of listed companies in the energy and resources sectors, including Eureka Energy Ltd, Gawler Resources Ltd and Black Fire Minerals Ltd and has been involved in the growth of these companies.

I really don't think these guys, mentioned above, JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs would risk their reps unless a significant challenging project with HUGE potential UPSIDE was put forward to them by a CREDIBLE TEAM.

As has been suggested earlier today the time is to BUY. You'll need to have Balls of Steel though as many investors have been shocked by the downturn in the sp. Please DYOR and good luck.
