have'nt any problems with what you state,,undoubtedly many have more knowledge of the past history of this company than myself.Indeed some of the 'negatives' appear to have been employed therein in a 'hands-on' capacity,in the past and,judging by their comments were VERY dissatisfied with their conditions and/or reimbursement for same!One,apparently believes,still,that he could have run the whole operation far more efficiently than the then operators,and has only recently obtained some satisfaction from present management having adopted a recommendation of his re milling operations!I don't happen to believe that these personal gripes have a place on this forum,which ,for most investors,is to discuss the FUTURE of Apex,,NOT its' past misfortunes~~and newbies would be advised to consider the old chestnut of "BUY on the LOWS' and "SELL on the HIGHS",,,has worked 70-75% of the time for myself,,,over a span of 21+ years trading both here and on the Nasdaq,,,lambs to the slaughter,,,I think-not!
MY buy at 0.8 will remain in place,,,regards,,scanno.
