The "capital raising" was used as an example only in the quote from ASX (http://www.asx.com.au/resources/trading-halts.htm)

I think the chances of this Trading Halt being tagged to a capital raising is exteremely remote. I see there being absolutely no need for it and accordingly, see no reason to fear a dilution of shareholder value.
I am sure the Yellowstone deal will come together with only a positive impact for ROS holders.
