They did provide a rough time-frame for the div/cap return and placed it 5mths away. This might be a whole lot later than the trader/s in question were expecting. They left wriggle room to make it later as well. If you read this as glass half empty it comfortably explains the sell off.

If you read it as glass half full then inside 5mths we will have our return be it on-market or in the form of the div/cap return.
