IMO - the main reason for the huge spike a few years back was that it got tipped by a very popular poster from another forum which brought huge attention to the stock. Low shares on issue meant a huge spike as every clambered to get on board. The big capex scared people off afterwards. Hope the deal is a good one but they did sign a deal with Global MinMetal Corp which was later withdrawn, lets hope this is the real thing this time and things can get moving.
