In the case of mining licenses. At AMEC's 2009 conference, The rep from SA Dept of Mines gave a talk. Essentialy he said they were expediting mining licences.
Peter Strachan queried him after his talk.

The big joke, is the SA dept of mines want to say they are open for business and want the WA miners to come and invest there.

With all the talk of mining and carbon taxes, at least some states have a Can & Will do attitude.

Anyway In rtrospect going for the field test rather than the pilot trial seems like the correct call. Futher the U3O8 price may just come good at the right time.
