    Hello,
    I agree with Sir John.
I believe the need for EXS to clarify anything to do with the sale has been done most effectively by MA during all those pre roadshow announcements and the presentations he made around Australia in the last couple of week's. (Brilliant job by him!)
The boards recommendation to shareholder's has been quite clear. Our obligations (if you want to have a say) now as shareholders, is to submit your proxy now before it's too late, or vote (on the day) at the meeting. That way your conscience is clear and you have let your feelings be known to the executive as to how they are running thing's (ie the sale and their integrity on management of the company as a whole, can be judged by the result of this vote IMO). I agree also that it is in IVA's best interest to allow the vote to go through - after all they haven't said they are against the sale, just the split-up of the proceed's from it...
Other's have indicated that IVA are protecting themselves from future competition, by IVA arguing that EXS ought to divi-up the lot. (The result would thereby leave them with less in the bank to work with and therefore unable to make any acquisitions of small junior explorers in the area who find themselves cash-strapped and holding prospectivly good graded tenements). You'd reckon though, that someone who is the largest shareholder of a company, you'd want it to do what is best for it and your own return on investment. IVA's big worry is that it is quite possible one day, to see EXS just as successful as them. Now wouldn't that be a turn-up for the books.
I say over the next 5 years - or so - we'll see... 1). The sale will go through with the boards' guidlines followed 2). Hazel Creek resourses proved-up to JORC complicity (measured), 3) DFS, EIS & ML Applied for &4) Once ML granted, construction of our production facility at HC.
This was a bit rushed, but nonetheless, thats my dream folks.

    MTW
