Sounds like the vote will be a mere formality. Surprised we haven't been re-rated further today with this news. Perhaps the johnny come lately's will really wait for vote to pass and dividends declared....still expect us to be 80+ cum-div/capital return, and drop back to 50 or 60 ex div.
