i respect your opinion BUT wouldn't you rather see rocks containing REE first?
right now market doesn't value mt Barrett. and the reason for it is because it has been covered by dirt.
there will be 5 stages:

1)Progress of drilling M12A this will imo increase the price
2)Progress of drilling M12B. Positive news on this will have a huge impact on share price
3) Drilling results of M12A(grade wise)
4) Drilling results of M12B(grade wise)
5) more drilling

imo stage 1 and 2 is enough to take dmn to 0.02 range
