You are certainly right about the SMA's - but it is possible it could be manufactured to generate liquidity. Looking at market depth there don't appear to be many FA bargain hunters until about $23 to 23.20, with only very small buy orders at 23.50. I worry it is getting pushed up by traders - maybe there will be a touch $24 to blow some stops, and can quite easily find its way back down at 23.20 again.
