Thank you for your enquiry regarding Foster?s Group Limited.



Information regarding the cost base will be included in the final class ruling Foster?s has sought on behalf of shareholders from the Australian Commissioner of Taxation. At this stage we expect to receive the final class ruling some time in June although the precise timing is unclear. After receipt of the final ruling Foster?s will confirm the cost base calculations as soon as possible on our website, we also intend to notify shareholders in writing.
