The announcement was from OEG not CWK as such (even though it is a spin off) and I think that maybe that's why the 1 for 8 deal wasn't mentioned. So from my understanding cwk holders will still get the the 1 oeg share for each 8 cwk you own. You will be able to buy additional oeg shares prior to it listing.
The downside is the oeg shares were going to be "50c or more." Now they are 25c. A halving of what cwk holders were going to get. So cwk holders should get 2 for every 8 cwk shares they hold. Anyone disagree???? See below!
